These terms govern use of BadgeNest, a service operated by Piya Traders.

BadgeNest provides campaign creation, optional AI starting points, product rules, previews, publishing, setup checks, and related reports. AI output is an editable suggestion, never an automatic publication. The merchant remains responsible for the accuracy and legality of campaign claims, prices, discounts, timers, product information, and linked content.
Merchants must not use BadgeNest for deceptive scarcity, false guarantees, unlawful discrimination, malicious code, unauthorized security testing, infringement, or activity that violates Shopify's terms or applicable law.
Paid subscriptions are billed through Shopify. Plan limits are shown before approval. Changes and cancellations follow the Shopify billing flow. Refund requests are considered under applicable law and the Shopify billing record. BadgeNest does not require off-platform subscription payment.
BadgeNest is provided with reasonable care but without a promise of uninterrupted availability or guaranteed commercial results. Features may change to improve safety, meet Shopify requirements, or remove unsupported behaviour.
A merchant can stop using BadgeNest by uninstalling it. Piya Traders may suspend access needed to address misuse, security risks, unpaid charges, or legal obligations. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot be excluded by law. Questions and legal notices can be sent to the support email linked from the Shopify App Store listing.
