The merchant controls Shopify store and campaign data. BadgeNest uses that data to provide the installed service. Shopify runs its platform; Vercel hosts the app; and Supabase stores the app's records.

Information the app keeps
Store details, the product and variant information needed for matching, campaign settings and history, published campaigns, plan information, security records, and support-check results. For optional AI generation, BadgeNest records request status and token totals but not the merchant's brief.
Deliberate exclusions
The stable product does not request orders, payment details, customer email addresses, shipping addresses, or buyer profiles. Optional campaign results store combined totals, not shopper profiles. AI generation does not automatically send product catalog or shopper data.
Where the service runs
The current database is hosted in Sydney, Australia, and the application may run in Vercel regions outside the merchant's country. Shopify, Vercel, and Supabase process information under their service terms and safeguards. Merchants can contact support with data-location or transfer questions.
