Getting started

Sync products, choose a template, save a draft, preview matching products, enable BadgeNest in the theme, and publish.

• Use Templates for a fast first campaign
• Preview matches before using broad product or inventory rules
• Use Check theme setup when the storefront result is missing

Campaign does not appear

Confirm the campaign is active, the emergency switch is off, the product matches, and BadgeNest is enabled in the active theme.

Campaign appears in the wrong place

Open the campaign, choose the intended page placement, preview desktop and mobile, then publish a new version. Restore the prior version if the result is not acceptable.

Need help explaining the problem?

Open Support inside the installed app and create a one-time report. The report omits Shopify sign-in details and expires automatically.
